Capabilities

What we machine.

Mills, lathes and a measuring bench, set up for short runs and one-off repairs — not million-piece contracts. Here’s what that covers, and where the limits are.

01 · Milling

CNC milling

Vertical machining centers for prismatic parts, from a single replacement bracket to a batch of fixture plates. We program from your file, or from the drawing we make for you.

Typical jobs

  • Brackets, mounts and adapter plates
  • Pump and valve housings
  • Fixture and tooling plates
  • Manifolds and blocks with cross-drilled ports
  • Pockets, slots, threads and keyways

02 · Turning

CNC turning

CNC lathes with live tooling for round parts, plus a manual lathe for quick one-offs where programming would take longer than cutting.

Typical jobs

  • Shafts with keyways, splines and bearing seats
  • Bushings, sleeves and spacers
  • Pins, studs and threaded rods (UN and metric)
  • Pulleys, hubs and flanges
  • Hydraulic fittings and rod ends

Made from the broken one

The part failed and nobody has made it for decades. Bring us what’s left. We measure it, work out the original dimensions — not the worn ones — draw it, and send you the drawing to approve before we make anything.

Typical jobs

  • Worn or broken parts with no drawing
  • Obsolete parts from discontinued equipment
  • Hand sketches turned into clean drawings
  • Upgrades: the same part in a tougher material

Engine machine work

For engine rebuilders and restoration shops. You do the assembly; we do the precise steps that need a machine and a steady hand.

Typical jobs

  • Cylinder head and block resurfacing
  • Boring, honing and sleeving cylinders
  • Valve seat and guide work
  • Flywheel resurfacing
  • Custom spacers, adapters and brackets for swaps

05 · Ground support equipment

GSE repair

Airport ground equipment takes a beating, and replacement parts are often slow to arrive. We repair and remake the mechanical parts that keep tugs, loaders and carts in service.

Typical jobs

  • Tow bar heads, pins and bushings
  • Hitch and coupler parts
  • Hydraulic cylinder rods and glands
  • Pivot pins and bearing housings
  • Brackets and mounts after ramp damage

Ground equipment only. We don’t manufacture or repair flight hardware, or any part installed on an aircraft.

Keep the line running

When a worn shaft stops a line, a new one from a distributor can take weeks. We make it — or repair the old one — fast enough to matter.

Typical jobs

  • Shafts, rollers and idlers
  • Sprockets and gears machined from blanks
  • Bearing housings re-bored to size
  • Worn keyways and bores repaired
  • Press, conveyor and packaging-machine parts

Materials

What we cut.

Don’t know the material? Say so. We can often tell from the sample, and we’ll suggest a sensible substitute when the original grade is hard to get.

About quality paperwork: every job gets a first-piece check against the drawing with hand gauges. If your job requires a specific quality system or certification, tell us up front — we’ll tell you straight away whether we’re the right shop.
