Precision machining & repair · Dayton, Ohio
Bring us the broken one.
We machine replacement parts from a drawing, a dimensioned sketch or the worn-out original — one piece or a short run, turned around fast for auto shops, airport ground crews and plant maintenance teams.
Start with whatever you have
No drawing? No problem.
Most jobs don’t arrive as a tidy CAD file. They arrive as a PDF from 1987, a photo of a sketch on the back of a work order, or a shaft that snapped this morning. All three work.
- 01
A drawing or CAD file
PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP or IGES. We quote straight from it and flag anything that looks off before we cut.
- 02
A sketch with dimensions
A phone photo of a hand sketch is fine. We turn it into a proper drawing and send it back for your OK.
- 03
The broken part itself
Drop it off or ship it. We measure it, correct for the wear, draw it — and you approve the drawing before we make the new one.
Capabilities
Six kinds of work, every week.
From a single bushing to a run of two hundred brackets. Mills, lathes and a measuring bench, set up for short runs and repairs rather than million-piece contracts.
How a job moves
Four steps, no mystery.
- Step 01
Send it
Upload a drawing, a sketch photo or pictures of the broken part — or bring it to the shop counter.
- Step 02
Get a real quote
A price, a material and a ship date. If something is unclear, we call you instead of guessing.
- Step 03
We machine and check
The first piece of every job is checked against the drawing before the rest of the batch runs.
- Step 04
Pick up or ship
Collect it in Dayton or we ship it. The drawing stays on file for the next time it breaks.
The envelope
What fits on our machines.
Industries
Three trades, one problem.
Something can’t move until a worn, broken or impossible-to-buy part is replaced. That’s the call we get.

Engines & drivetrains
Machine work for restoration shops, performance builders and fleet garages — including the parts nobody stocks anymore.

Ground support equipment
Pins, hitches, bushings and hydraulic parts for tugs, loaders and carts. Ground equipment only — never flight hardware.

Plant maintenance
Shafts, rollers, sprockets and gearbox parts, so one worn component doesn’t become a week of downtime.
Questions
Before you send the file.
Do I need a CAD drawing?
No. A PDF drawing, a DXF or STEP file, a dimensioned hand sketch or the broken part itself all work. When we reverse-engineer from a sample, you approve our drawing before any metal is cut.
What’s the smallest order you take?
One piece. Most of our work is between 1 and 250 pieces — the range where big production shops stop answering the phone.
How fast is “fast”?
It depends on material, complexity and what’s already on the machines, so every quote carries a real ship date rather than a slogan. Simple one-offs from stock material often ship within a few working days.
Do you make aircraft parts?
No. Our aviation work is ground support equipment — tugs, tow bars, belt loaders, stairs and carts. We don’t manufacture or repair flight hardware or anything installed on an aircraft.
Which materials do you cut?
Carbon and alloy steels, stainless, aluminum, brass, bronze, cast iron, annealed tool steels and engineering plastics like acetal, UHMW and nylon. Titanium on request.

Something on the floor waiting for a part?
Send what you have — drawing, sketch or photos. We reply with a price and a ship date, or with the questions we need answered first.
