Cats never share a waiting room with dogs
A separate cat entrance and a quiet room with the lights turned low. Carriers go up on a shelf, never on the floor.

Unhurried exams, gentle hands and quiet rooms — so the vet stops being the worst part of your pet’s month.
01 Our approach
Most animals don’t hate the vet — they hate the rush, the slippery table and the smell of fifty strangers. So we slow down. Every appointment is at least thirty minutes, dogs and cats wait in separate spaces, and nobody gets lifted onto a cold steel table if the floor works just as well.
We use low-stress, fear-free handling: treats and breaks, a calm voice, and the option to stop and try another day. You stay in the room. Your pet sets the pace.
What a calm visit looks like
None of it is fancy. It’s just the stuff that makes a nervous dog sniff around instead of shaking, or a cat stay curled in her carrier until she’s ready.
A separate cat entrance and a quiet room with the lights turned low. Carriers go up on a shelf, never on the floor.
No stacking three pets into one slot. Time to settle in, sniff the room and ask all your questions.
Exams happen wherever your pet feels safest — on a mat, on your lap, or on the floor next to you.
For exams and vaccines you’re right there. We explain what we’re doing before we do it.
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are reserved for cats only. Book them straight from the calendar.
If visits have gone badly before, tell us when you book. We’ll call to plan a gentler visit.
Services
Five things, done carefully. For anything we can’t handle here, like 24-hour emergencies or specialist surgery, we’ll point you to the right place.

A slow nose-to-tail check, weight and diet talk, and a plan for the year ahead.
Book a wellness exam
Core and lifestyle vaccines, spaced out sensibly, with reminders so you never have to count weeks.
Book vaccines
Mouth checks, cleanings and a realistic home routine. Bad breath is usually the first clue.
Book a dental check
Surgery days twice a week, a pre-op phone call the day before, and home the same afternoon with a clear recovery plan.
Pick a surgery day
Vomiting, limping, itchy ears, not eating — we keep slots open every day for pets who can’t wait until next week.

The calendar shows the times that are actually free, for the vet you choose. Pick one and it’s yours.
When something’s off
Every morning we hold back a handful of appointments for pets who wake up unwell. They show up in the booking calendar as same-day times, and you don’t need to be an existing client to take one.
If the day’s slots are gone, call us. We’ll tell you honestly whether it can wait until tomorrow.
Emergencies can’t wait for a booking. If your pet is struggling to breathe, has collapsed, is bleeding heavily or may have eaten something toxic, go straight to the nearest 24-hour emergency animal hospital.
