Services

Five kinds of care, done slowly.

Every visit is booked in at least a thirty-minute block, so there’s time for your pet to settle and for you to ask everything.

Wellness exams

The yearly (or twice-yearly, for seniors) visit where nothing is wrong — which is exactly when problems are easiest to catch. We go nose to tail at your pet’s pace and leave you with a short written plan.

30 minDogs & catsAny weekday or Saturday
  • Full physical exam: eyes, ears, teeth, heart, skin, joints
  • Weight trend and an honest food and treats conversation
  • Puppy and kitten first-visit plans; senior checks from age 8
  • Parasite prevention that fits how your pet actually lives

Vaccines

Core vaccines for every dog and cat, plus lifestyle vaccines only when your pet’s routine calls for them — daycare, boarding, hiking, the outdoor-cat life. Treats first, needle second.

20 minPuppy & kitten seriesAdult boosters
  • A quick check before any vaccine is given
  • Puppy and kitten series spaced out on a clear schedule
  • Printed or emailed vaccine record for daycare and boarding
  • Reminders before the next one is due

Dental care

Most dogs and cats have some dental disease by middle age, and they’re very good at hiding sore mouths. It starts with an awake exam; if a cleaning is needed, it’s done under anesthesia on a drop-off day.

30 min examCleanings Wed & Fri
  • Awake mouth exam and a written estimate before any cleaning
  • Cleaning and polishing under anesthesia, with monitoring throughout
  • A home routine you’ll actually keep up — brushing, chews, diet

Spay & neuter

Routine spay and neuter surgery for dogs and cats, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Drop off in the morning, pick up the same afternoon, and go home with a recovery plan written for normal people.

Tue & Thu7:30–8:30 am drop-offSame-day pick-up
  • Pre-surgery phone call the day before, with fasting instructions
  • Pain relief and a soft recovery collar included
  • A text when your pet is awake, and a free recheck at 10–14 days

Same-day sick visits

For the mornings when something just isn’t right. We hold appointments open every day we’re open, and they show up in the booking calendar as same-day times. Once today’s are gone, the calendar offers the next open morning. New clients welcome.

Held every day30 min
  • Vomiting or diarrhea, limping, itchy skin or ears, eye problems
  • Not eating, low energy, “just not themselves”
  • If today is full, call — we’ll help you decide if it can wait

Not for emergencies. Trouble breathing, collapse, heavy bleeding or a possible poisoning need a 24-hour emergency animal hospital right away.

Good to know

Questions people usually ask.

Do you see rabbits, birds or reptiles?

No — only dogs and cats. Keeping to two species is part of how we keep visits calm and focused. We’re happy to suggest where to look for exotic-pet care.

My pet gets very anxious at the vet. What can we do?

Mention it in the booking notes. Someone will call you before the visit to plan it: a quieter time of day, waiting in the car until the room is ready, lots of breaks, or splitting the visit in two. For some pets, the vet may suggest calming options to discuss ahead of time.

Do I have to be a current client to book?

No. New dogs and cats can book any service online, including same-day sick visits. If you have records from a previous clinic, bring them or email them before the visit.

What should I bring?

Cats in a carrier with a towel over it, dogs on a regular leash (not retractable). A list of any medications and your pet’s favorite treats, if they’re picky.

How do I cancel or move an appointment?

Use the link in your confirmation text or email, or call the front desk. Giving us a day’s notice lets another pet take the slot.

Know what you need? Grab a time.

Pick your pet, the service and a real open slot. About a minute, start to finish.
